This is a major market for a Airbnb, and something you must test before making an investment.<\/li><li>However the leisure market isn\u2019t really a year-round market. What would you do during term time when their own family is travelling? <strong>You therefore need a secondary market<\/strong>. In my case this is the <strong>business travel market<\/strong> which has overtaken the leisure travel market and is now 90% of my business. It isn\u2019t difficult to identify, again have a look for competitors and local hotels.<\/li><li><strong>The medium to long-term rental market<\/strong>. In fact this for me is the most lucrative market: turnover of guests is low, yes companies are still always willing to pay a premium <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/shortrentalpro.com\/bloghow-to-price-your-airbnb\/\" title=\"price\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">price<\/a> if your offer is good. In my case, there is a lot of competition in the town, but I\u2019ve been lucky enough to secure a location that is absolutely premium, meaning the location sells itself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don\u2019t have to <a href=\"https:\/\/shortrentalpro.com\/bloghow-to-furnish-your-apartment-for-airbnb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fill my apartments<\/a> with Amazon Alexa devices and brand-new fitted kitchens, the location sells itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, if you have lots of competition, the challenge that your face is <strong>being better than the rest<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This really isn\u2019t that difficult to accomplish. Book into the competitors for a night or two, see what they offer, look at their <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/shortrentalpro.com\/bloghow-to-respond-to-airbnb-reviews-the-right-way\/\" title=\"reviews\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">reviews<\/a>, and get a real feeling for the actual experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will then give you all that you need to design your offering to be better than the competition, and once you have enough reviews to price yourself more highly than other people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you found this article useful.
